Comforts - Comforts
Release Date: March 2010
Recorded February 2010
Notes: Comfort's self titled EP is a 30 minute, 4 part aural journey through the realms of time and space. Utlizing repititious drones and glitch tempos influenced by Native American chants, Comforts create a desolate landscape for the listener to explore... resulting in a completely unique and organic listening experience that varies from listener to listener. Tune in, turn up, and drop out.

First Share Committee Live Performance!!!
We here at Share Committee are very pleased to announce the first live performance from our roster since becoming active in December.
Our latest signing, Comforts, will perform improvised guitar and glitch drones at unbelievable volumes this Saturday, March 6th, at 7pm sharp. This event will take place at MVSEVM, which is located at 1626 North California Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
Our good friend Mike Mroz, the genius behind Tastes Like Skeletons (sc04), will be debuting a new classical piece with an ensemble of his peers.
Comforts will release a self-titled EP via Share Committee later this month, and will have a limited amount of hand numbered copies available at this performance.
We look forward to seeing you there!

Nonbeliever - Nonbeliever
Release Date: February 2010
Recorded November 2009 through February 2010
Notes: Nonbeliever's first release is an atmospheric, haunting tale about the process of self-alienation. Drawing from a wide array of influences ranging from Sade to Fever Ray, Earth to My Bloody Valentine, the sounds contained within wrap the listener in analog delay, while simultaneously painting an image of desolate, deserted moonlit landscapes.

Tastes Like Skeletons - Curious Functions (Reissue)
Release Date: February 2010 (Original Release: May 2006, Beautiful Girls Recordings)
Recorded Winter/Spring 2006
Notes: We are very excited to be reissuing the fantastic 3 song EP, Curious Functions, by Tastes Like Skeletons. Originally released in May of 2006 by Beautiful Girls Recordings, Curious Functions is a too short, yet pleasant ride through the mind of our good friend Mike Mroz, and his assembled cast of Michelle, Louis, Sam, Darien, and Nick as they create lush and organic sounding jazz arrangements that consume the attention of the listener.

Blood Meds & Omens - Split
Release Date: January 2010
Recorded July 2009 (Blood Meds) / October 2007 (Omens)
Notes: Split release, containing one track each from Blood Meds and Omens. The Blood Meds track finds Tom, Kelly, and Joe exploring deep feedback drones, accompanied by minimalist piano and buried vocal chants. Omens delivers almost 5 minutes of improvisational guitar over bowed electric strings and manipulated tape loops. Originally recorded in 2007 during the Omens I sessions, and unlike anything we've heard from them before.
